I have tried and tried to give up smoking and even managed to stop for a few weeks, but only to fail again and again.

This was a last ditch attempt at trying to succeed.

I must confess I did not expect it too. I was also very concerned about putting on weight if I did stop that I feel this was my overwhelming fear. 

I am still using the EFT Tapping method you taught me, it has really helped me I tap when ever I get any cravings ,

No not for cigarettes but for chocolate, I have not given it up, and never would want to, but know I can enjoy a few chocolates without the need to eat the whole box and I do not feel guilty about loving chocolate.

  

I would love to rec commend Terri to you all.   

What have you to lose apart from your habit and cravings.  Good Luck, and dint put off taking the first step like I did. Just Do it.
