STRESS

  

Take a moment to study the Tapping points above, We will be tapping on meridian acupuncture/acupressure points used for over three thousand years.

Lets get to grips with the Hand points as they are the corner stone of all EFT Therapies.

  

I you are right handed start by turning your left hand sideways, with your thumb at the top, as if you were going to do a Karate  Chop. Great.

Now turn you hand palm up and with your right hand and using the very tips of you fingers (which in themselves are meridanpoints) and using two finger tips gently tap on the Karate Chop point under the little finger on  the fleshy part of the side of your hand, tap tap tap not too hard until you find a comfortable speed and pressure, this is known as the set up point

Where we acknowledge our issue or problem. which is said three times.

Even though I feel -  Stressed and tense -      I completely love and accept myself

You may use any words that are appropriate for how you are feeling, your own words and feelings are best. so change the blue words above to your own.

Now open the fingers of your right hand in a claw like manner and again using the meridians in the finger tips, using all your fingers tap on the top front of you head keep tapping and feel the  feeling, and simply repeat a key work about how you are feeling.

  

THIS STRESS             THIS STRESS      THIS STRESS    TAP AND REPEAT

  

KEEP GOING AND JUST FEEL HOW IT FEELS.      YOU MAY FIND THAT AFTER TAPPING FOR A SHORT WHILE A NEW FEELING MAY EMERGE IN YOUR MIND

  

ANXIETY     OR   TENSION   OR   FRUSTRATION WHEN EACH NEW FEELING COMES UP VERBALISE THE FEELING WORD AS YOU TAP.

  

BEGINNING OF THE EYEBROW     POINT 3 ON THE FACE CHART

  

Move down to the above point and tap using two fingers of the right hand, excellent and use a reminder word, the word that denotes the feeling you are feeling right now.

As the feelings change change you  reminder word as you continue to tap.

  

OUTSIDE OF THE EYEBROW         POINT 4 ON THE FACE CHART

  

  

Again tap on this point gently using The very tips of your fingers and wait to see what feeling comes up for you?

BY NOW YOU WILL BE GETTING THE MESSAGE OF USING THE WORDS THAT DENOTE WHAT YOU ARE FEELING. ITS OK NOW TO GO BACK UP TO THE FACE CHART AND FOLLOW ON DOWN THE POINTS.
